Oldaker Services is a locally owned construction company based in Culpeper, Virginia, serving Culpeper, Orange, Rappahannock, and Madison counties. The Oldaker family has been local to the Culpeper area for nearly 35 years, and provides residential and light commercial construction and excavation services throughout the region.

Wayne Oldaker began working in construction in 1992, starting as a laborer and learning the trade from the ground up. He became a licensed contractor in 1997 and has spent decades building homes and other projects across Culpeper and the surrounding counties.

At Oldaker Services, we handle every phase of residential construction, from blueprint to ground-breaking to framing and final walk-through. Because excavation is done in-house, we are able to keep schedules moving without waiting on outside crews. Our clients need only ever deal with us throughout the entire process, which results in a streamlined, easy, communicative operation, where from start to finish, the responsibility stays with us.
