We contracted with Oldaker Services to construct our winery and brewery tasting and tap room in 2018. Our building plans were a bit rudimentary, and thru the process Wayne suggested several tweaks that greatly improved the functionality and efficiency (not to mention affordability) of the resulting building. Though nothing happens overnight, in the end, our project was completed within time and budget. Wayne is an experienced builder with a keen eye for detail and the best interests of his clients. 

Wayne was very responsive from the time I inquired for a bid, contract agreement, scheduling and completing a challenging 3 story garage, bonus room, partial basement and 3 stop elevator. He was regularly on the job site and was genuinely interested in our project. I believe he is honest and he can be trusted to do what he says and on time. I wholeheartedly recommend him. 

Wayne and his guys at Oldaker Services have done several jobs for me now, from a very small residential job, to a much larger residential job to a mid size commercial job and I have been very pleased every time!
